Everything was shrouded in hellish blackness as the evildoers’ incessant shouts and the cries of the few who managed to escape the onslaught of demons and shadow monsters ravaged the mortal realm. In this realm, the player will take on the role of a Hunter, a person who has been given the power to vanquish demons by the Ancient One. It is not easy for shadow hunters to bring back the sun to Earth. The highlight of Demon Hunter is the game’s massive boss fight, in which players must dispatch of hulking black demons in order to collect their souls and advance to the highest level of the evil tower. Any player can be quickly and easily killed by powerful bosses if they aren’t properly equipped and trained. Still, after players have prevailed over these difficulties, they will feel accomplished. Shadow equipment and weapons can be upgraded with the souls of dark demons, making an ordinary sword fit for a famous hero.
